1) Who We Are & How to Contact Us
This Delete Account & Data Policy explains how CureNatural LLC (“CureNatural,” “we,” “us,” “our”) handles requests to delete user accounts and personal data for our WordPress website, student course accounts, and consultation booking accounts.

We do not accept postal requests.
2) Scope
This policy covers:
Student accounts used with MasterStudy LMS (courses, lessons, quizzes, progress, certificates).
Consultation/booking accounts used with LatePoint (appointments and related details).
Site logins created to access member content or manage purchases/subscriptions.
3) Who May Request Deletion
Any user may request deletion of their own account. Parents/guardians may request deletion for minors under their care. Authorized representatives may submit on a user’s behalf where permitted by law.
4) How to Request Deletion
Submit your request by either method:

We’ll acknowledge your request and outline verification steps.
5) Identity & Authorization Verification
To protect accounts, we verify requests using one or more of the following:
A confirmation link sent to the account email; and/or
Recent booking ID (LatePoint) or order/enrollment ID (MasterStudy/checkout); and/or
Reasonable proof of authority for parents/guardians or authorized representatives.
If we cannot verify identity/authority, we will explain what’s needed.
6) What We Delete (or Anonymize)
Once verified, we will:
Delete or anonymize your WordPress user profile (username, email, profile/meta fields).
Remove MasterStudy LMS data tied to your account (enrollments, progress, quiz attempts, certificates).
Cancel future consultations and delete booking records in LatePoint (except for data retained under Section 7).
Remove you from marketing communications and delete your contact from email lists (if applicable).
Deactivate payment tokens and unlink the account from payment processors or app-store subscriptions (we do not store full card numbers).
7) What We May Retain and Why
We may retain limited information when necessary to:
Comply with law (e.g., tax/accounting records such as invoices/receipts) for 7 years.
Prevent fraud/abuse, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Maintain system/server backups that are overwritten on a rolling basis (up to 90 days). Backup data isn’t actively processed and is accessed only for security, continuity, or legal obligations.
Where feasible, retained data is anonymized or minimized.
8) Timing
We aim to complete verified deletions within 30 days.
Data contained only in backups may persist until the backup rotation completes (up to 90 days).
9) Effects of Deletion
You will lose access to your account and any course content behind the login.
Students: all course progress/history/certificates are permanently removed. You may keep downloadable materials you already obtained from within courses.
Consultations: upcoming bookings are cancelled; you’ll need to rebook if you return.
Deleted records cannot be restored.
10) Data Export
We do not provide data export prior to deletion.
11) Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds
No refunds for purchases such as online courses or online consultations, as services are rendered at the time of purchase or access. See our Refunds & Returns Policy.
Mobile app subscriptions:
If monthly, deletion/cancellation stops the next billing cycle (no proration).
If annual, no refund for unused time; access ends at the current term’s expiration.
If purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play, manage cancellation in your app-store account per store policies.
Account deletion cancels future renewals but does not retroactively refund past charges.
12) Your Privacy Rights
General U.S.: we process deletion requests consistent with applicable U.S. laws.
GDPR/EEA (where applicable): you may have rights to erasure, access, rectification, restriction, portability, and objection. We honor requests in accordance with GDPR and local rules.
If we deny a request as legally ineligible or insufficiently verified, you may appeal by replying to our email thread with “Appeal” in the subject.
13) Children’s Privacy
If you believe a minor created an account without appropriate consent, contact support [at] curenatural.com. We will verify and take appropriate action, including deletion where required.
14) How We Execute Deletion (Internal)
Use WordPress Tools → Erase Personal Data for the user’s email.
In MasterStudy LMS: remove enrollments, progress, quiz data, certificates.
In LatePoint: cancel future appointments; erase client profile/history not required under Section 7.
Payment platforms/app stores: cancel future renewals; detach tokens.
Remove from mailing lists/marketing tools; allow backup rotation to purge residual copies.
