Yes. Retake your Vikruti (current-state) test anytime to check progress or when you feel different. Prakriti (birth type) can be redone only before your first plan begins.
Absolutely. You can edit five anchor times: wake-up, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and bedtime. When you change an anchor, all dependent time slots recalibrate automatically. Your reminders stay aligned.
You receive a push notification at each time slot with the next action—meal, herb, daily habit, or activities. You can turn notifications on or off in your phone settings or inside the app.
No. The app is designed for education and lifestyle guidance, not medical diagnosis. You can, however, book a real Ayurveda consultation through the app if you need one-on-one guidance or adjustments to your plan.
Yes. We offer the option to purchase your plan entirely for offline use, if you prefer not to use a mobile app. The downloaded plan includes your daily routine on a calendar, along with all of the recommended recipes and DIY tips from your plan as well as your food guide.
