Intro: Dr. Amit K. Gupta, MD, Founder of CureNatural
I built CureNatural for people who want Ayurveda that’s clear, personalized, and credible — not trend-driven, not dogmatic, and not confusing. My focus is simple: help you use Ayurvedic food and lifestyle principles to support digestion, daily rhythm (dinacharya), and metabolic balance in a way that’s realistic to live with.
I’m a Harvard- and Boston University–trained physician, and Green-Leaf Certified Ayurveda Pracitioner trained in traditional Kerala Ayurveda.
Why I founded CureNatural
Most wellness advice fails for one reason: it’s generic. Ayurveda works best when it’s personalized — and when it’s taught with enough clarity that you can actually apply it.
CureNatural is where I translate Ayurveda into:
Practical and personal routines you can follow (not “perfect” one-size-fits-all routines you abandon)
Food and lifestyle guidance tied to your constitution and current imbalance
A safety-first approach that respects both tradition and modern clinical reality

Advanced Clinical Ayurvedic Medicine Practitioner, Advanced Clinical Yoga Therapy, and Advanced Lifestyle Consultant
What I Write About
Healing Happens from Inside Out, Not Outside In.
On this site you’ll find:
Digestion and gut function through an Ayurvedic lens
Dinacharya (daily routine) and seasonal living (ritucharya)
Dosha-based food strategy and lifestyle adjustments
Practical guidance for long-term consistency (without extremes)
Training and Clinical Background
My medical training includes:
Over more than 25 years in health promotion and preventive health work, I’ve focused on building systems that improve outcomes and reduce avoidable disease burden — the same “prevention-first” mindset that makes Ayurveda so valuable when taught correctly.
Some of my work
Recognition and Innovation
Recipient of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Secretary’s Award for innovations in disease prevention
Patent-holding inventor in consumer-directed healthcare systems, including work that helped lay groundwork connected to Health Savings Accounts (HSAs)
If you’re here for Ayurveda: the point isn’t policy — it’s the mindset behind it. I care about prevention, clarity, and safety, and I built CureNatural to bring those standards into holistic health education.

About Us FAQ
FAQs
What does “Green Leaf Certified (Kerala)” mean?
“Green Leaf” is a Government of Kerala classification for approved Ayurveda centers in Kerala. My certificates were issued through a Green Leaf–certified center where I trained.
Is this medical advice?
No. CureNatural provides educational information about Ayurveda, lifestyle, and wellness. For diagnosis or treatment of medical conditions, work with your licensed clinician.
How do you handle safety with herbs and supplements?
I take a safety-first approach: I avoid “one-size-fits-all” protocols, flag common contraindications (pregnancy, medications, chronic conditions), and emphasize personalization and professional guidance when needed.
